1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, digital products, or gift cards.
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for exchange arrangements.
